Ingredients
  

  • 3 large carrots sliced to 1/2 cm slices (Vata - Pitta 0 Kapha - -)
  • 1/4 tsp. dried ginger powder Vata - - Pitta ++ Kapha -
  • 1 tsp. honey Vata + Pitta - Kapha -
  • 1/4 lemon Vata - - Pitta + Kapha -
  • Pinch salt Vata - - Pitta 0 Kapha +

Instructions
 

  • Slice the carrots to 1/2 cm slices and steam until soft.
  • Place in a bowl.
  • Separately mix the lemon juice, honey, ginger and salt.
  • Pour on the steamed carrots, mix well and serve.
