Ingredients
  

  • 1 cm fresh ginger Vata - Pitta + Kapha - -
  • 1 cinnamon stick Vata - Pitta + Kapha - -
  • 2 cups water Vata 0 Pitta - Kapha +
  • A little honey to taste Vata + Pitta - Kapha -

Instructions
 

  • Peel the ginger and thinly slice.
  • Put the ginger and cinnamon stick in a small saucepan and add 2 cups of water.
  • Bring to boil, lower the flame and cook for 15 minutes.
  • Pour to a cup, let cool a bit and add a little honey.
