Ginger & Cinnamon Drink

- 1 cm fresh ginger Vata - Pitta + Kapha - -
- 1 cinnamon stick Vata - Pitta + Kapha - -
- 2 cups water Vata 0 Pitta - Kapha +
- A little honey to taste Vata + Pitta - Kapha -
Peel the ginger and thinly slice.
Put the ginger and cinnamon stick in a small saucepan and add 2 cups of water.
Bring to boil, lower the flame and cook for 15 minutes.
Pour to a cup, let cool a bit and add a little honey.
