Parsley (fresh)

Parsley is an exceptional diuretic, which allows for water excretion without the loss of electrolytes. It’s hot and dry qualities are helpful for draining excess Kapha, as in phlegm related urinary infections.Use parsley in heavy dishes, such as meat or beans, to lighten them up and aid digestion.
