Ingredients
  

  • 3 eggs Vata - - Pitta + Kapha +
  • 6 Tbs. tahini Vata - - Pitta ++ Kapha ++
  • 1 Tbs. maple syrup Vata - - Pitta - Kapha +
  • Pinch salt Vata - - Pitta 0 Kapha +

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients well with an egg beater, to make the mixture airy and fluffy.
  • Pour to a baking dish and garnish with black sesame.
  • Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 °C/356 °F.
