Instructions
Put the oats in a small saucepan, add the water and milk and bring to boil.
Add the coconut oil, lower the flame and cook until soft but not too dry.
Serve in a bowl, sprinkle with cardamom and top with coconut flakes, roasted almonds and date syrup.
Notes
Optional additions: For Vata & Pitta: add to the cooking a handful of black raisins.
