Ingredients

  • 1.5 packed cups pitted olives Vata - Pitta 0 Kapha 0
  • 1 large garlic clove roughly chopped (Vata - - Pitta ++ Kapha 0)
  • 1 tsp. Umeboshi spread Vata - - Pitta ++ Kapha +
  • 1/3 packed cup dill Vata - Pitta 0 Kapha -
  • 1/3 packed cup parsley Vata 0 Pitta 0 Kapha - -
  • 1/3 cup olive oil Vata - - Pitta + Kapha +
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper Vata - Pitta + Kapha - -

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients in a food processor.
  • Grind in pulses until a coarse texture is achieved.
