whole wheat flour or spelt flour
Vata - Pitta - Kapha ++ or (Vata - Pitta - Kapha +)
For sweet pancakes
add 1 Tbs. maple syrup (Vata - - Pitta - Kapha +)

Instructions
Whisk in a bowl the milk, ghee, eggs and maple syrup.
Gradually add the flour, baking powder and spices and continue to stir until batter is unified.
Preheat a skillet on a medium flame.
Use a ladle to pour the batter into pancakes. When bubbles appear, turn to the other side.
Notes
Optional additions:
For Vata: Cow’s or oat milk.
For Pitta: Goat’s or rice milk.
