Instructions
Cook the barely in 1.5 cups of water, until water is fully absorbed and the barely is soft.
Mix the ingredients of the dressing, pour on the pearl barley, mix well and let cool.
Mix the barley with the cucumber, bell pepper, parsley, chives and mint.
