Handful of walnuts
slightly roasted and roughly chopped (Vata - Pitta + Kapha 0)

Juice from 1/2 a lemon

Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Mix the grated vegetables and chopped greens in a bowl.
Separately stir well the olive oil, mustard, honey, lemon juice and garlic.
Season with salt and pepper.
Pour the dressing on the salad and mix well. Before serving, garnish withwalnuts.
