Carrot with Lemon & Honey

- 3 large carrots sliced to 1/2 cm slices (Vata - Pitta 0 Kapha - -)
- 1/4 tsp. dried ginger powder Vata - - Pitta ++ Kapha -
- 1 tsp. honey Vata + Pitta - Kapha -
- 1/4 lemon Vata - - Pitta + Kapha -
- Pinch salt Vata - - Pitta 0 Kapha +
Slice the carrots to 1/2 cm slices and steam until soft.
Place in a bowl.
Separately mix the lemon juice, honey, ginger and salt.
Pour on the steamed carrots, mix well and serve.
