Almonds can be eaten in various ways such as raw, roasted, paste, milk and flour.

Raw almonds is best to eat after they have been soaked and peeled. Soak 10 almonds overnight, peel in the morning and eat 5 at a time. You can also make almond milk by adding the almonds and a small amount of water to the blender and straining it afterwards.

Almonds paste is much heavier and stickier and will be harder to digest, may contribute to the blockage of body channels. Best eaten with spices that help prevent blockage such as ginger and turmeric.
