Cooking methods: support digestion while cooling heat in the stomach using short Nishime style cooking with fresh coriander on top, steamed vegetables, light soup
Avoid: baked food, fried food
Soaked grains: soaked white rice, soaked brown rice, sprouted raw rice (uncooked), soaked millet, soaked barley
Sprouted legumes: black eyed pea, green mung bean, white beans
Vegetable: celery, celery sprouts, cauliflower, pumpkin, kohlrabi, raw carrots, fresh coriander, fennel, white cabbage
Oils and seeds: very little use of oils, olive oils, Ghee, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds
Spices: coriander seeds, cumin, fennel, cardamom
Drinks: apple juice with Kuzu, cooked pears with Kuzu, cooked quince with Kuzu, catmint
Animal food: avoid!
Fruit: plums, cherries, apricots, almonds

Freshcabbage and celery juice with pinch of cumin (not cold), millet and rice porridge with coriander on top
Snack:
Wrapped rice in steamed cabbage leaves
Lunch:
Very short Nishime style cooked vegetables with celery, cauliflower and pumpkin. Raw cabbage seasoned with olive oil and coriander seeds on a bed of rice, and a black eyed pea salad with coriander.
Afternoon snack:
Apple juice Kuzu drink

Vegetable Soup of Pumpkin (with peel) and cauliflower with millet
